Welcome Dinner at the acclaimed Darwin Café in the iconic Champalimaud Foundation, Centre for the Unknown, designed by international award winning architect Charles Correa.
Attend the opening exhibition “Taking the Country’s Side: Permaculture for Architects” and the opening party the of Trienal da Arquitecture da Lisboa, both at the Cultural Centre of Belém.

Our base in Porto is the Vincci Porto,
a designer hotel in the historical centre.
Detailed and engaging tours of the Boa Nova Casa da Chá (Tea House), and Piscina das Mares (Tidal Pools)—two iconic early works by Alvaro Siza Vieria, Portugal’s most renowned architect—both located on the Leça da Palmeira coast north of Porto, followed by a fresh grilled fish lunch adjacent to the famed

Our inaugural night is designed to coincide with the opening exhibition and party celebrating the Trienal da Arquitectura da Lisboa. Experience eight days of behind the scenes visits to the top museums, as well as private institutions and foundations (otherwise not open to the public) where you will meet the directors, curators, architects, and advocates who are driving cultural change across the country.
